Returns & Refund Policy

Face Masks: For health and safety reasons, all face mask sales are final and are not returnable or exchangeable.



Refunds will only be issued IF the product is defective. Defective meaning that there was an error on our part, such as incorrect item or shipping damages. If you receive a defective item, please email ( us immediately with pictures included. Once we have received the email with pictures included, you will receive a confirmation email with refund information. IF the merchandise appears visibly worn and/or dirty, no refund will be issued.

If the damage/defect cannot be verified over the phone or via email contact, the item may be required to return to the 3’s Up Crew merchandizing center for inspection before a determination can be made as to the state of the product.


3’s Up Crew Merchandizing will provide a pre-paid return shipping label in cases where items have arrived in damaged condition or are confirmed by a 3’s Up Crew Merchandizing representative to be defective.

If a product is damaged or defective, the recipient must make arrangements with a 3’s Up Crew Merchandizing member as to how the return should be handled prior to placing the items back in transit to 3’s Up Merchandizing.


  • Contact 3’s Up Merchandizing to request a return. You must make this request within 30 days of receiving your item.

  • Be sure to specify the product for return and the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for a replacement or a refund.

  • Be sure to upload digital images of damaged or defective products.

If you have requested a refund, be advised that returning funds usually take 7-21 days to appear in the account used to make the purchase (depending on the processing speed of the bank that issued the funds).

If you have requested a replacement, an email will be sent letting you know once the shipment has been initiated.
